Connection is
where it starts.
Spores disperse and, in the right conditions, germinate. Mycelium grows into a web of connections, giving rise to fruiting bodies that release spores—and the cycle begins again. SPORE takes inspiration from this rhythm: a nearby encounter plants the seed of participation, connections form a growing network, and each new participant can help it spread again.

The prototype uses Bluetooth to look for other participating phones nearby.

The planned model rewards qualifying encounters from a limited token reserve, helping new participants join the network.
